- 3 cans cream of chicken soup
- 24 oz. sour cream
- 3 3/4 C. milk
- cubes of smoked deli ham (desired amount)
- 6 C. diced potatoes (boil for 10 min.)
- pepper and cheese to taste ( I always do at least a cup of cheese)
Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, ham, and cheese in medium-sized Crock Pot. Boil diced potatoes for 10 min. then drain. Add potatoes and cook entire mixture on high for 45 minutes. Don't forget to add pepper to taste!
