Award-Winning Chocolate Chip Cookies

• 2 1/4 C. flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda (mix together and set aside)

• 1 C. butter (softened)
• 3/4 C. brown sugar
• 1/4 C. white sugar (cream together then add...)
  
• 3.4 oz. vanilla pudding mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 C. chocolate chips ( I like to do 1 C. chocolate chips, 1 C. butterscotch chips)
• 1 C. chopped nuts (optional)

• Mix all ingredients together and bake 10-12 minutes @ 350 degrees
