block of cream cheese
vegetable oil to fry
Place 1 small spoonful of cream cheese in center of wonton skin. Lightly moisten 2 corners with water and press all 4 corners together (like a little purse). Fry in oil and serve with sweet and sour sauce (recipe below).
Sweet and Sour Sauce
1 C. Ketchup
1 C. Brown Sugar
1/4 C. Vinegar
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
Simmer all until thick. Add extra sugar or ketchup to taste.
