Garlic Lime Chicken

1/2 cup Lime Juice
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
6 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tbsp minced fresh oregano or 2 tsp dried
1 tbsp dried coriander
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
(the recipe says to use bone-in breasts 8-onces each.. so whatever is easier)
1/4 cup vegetable oil

1.) Ina a large ziploc bag, combine the lime juice,vinegar, garlic, and seasonings; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

2.) Discard marinade. In a skillet, brown chicken on all sides in oil. Transfer to a greased 15in by 10 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees and juices run clear.
