Herb and Nut Cream Cheese Log
I doubled this recipe for 24 servings instead of 12.
Ingredients:
1 pkg (8oz) softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 Cup chopped toasted Pecans
1/4 Cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 Cup chopped toasted Pecans
Directions:
Mix the cream cheese with the parmesean cheese and the 1/3 cup pecans. Shape into an 8-inch log. Roll in mixture of parsley and pecans.
