Mr. Manly appetizer

4 large unpeeled potatoes
vegetable oil spray
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 lb crumbled bacon
1 bunch green onion slices
1 cup barbecue sauce (I like Famous Daves Devils Spit - it's really spicy!!)

In bowl, combine cheese, bacon, and green onion slices. Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch thick slices. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable oil spray and place potato slices into baking sheet. Spray tops of potatoes with oil also. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Using pastry brush, generously brush potato slices with barbecue sauce. Sprinkle with cheese mixture. Return to oven and bake 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
