3-4 lb. baby back spareribs (These work better with the bones vs country-style)
2 onions sliced
16-24 oz. bottle barbecue sauce (I love the Tony Roma's Brand Carolina Honey's. You can find it at any grocery store)
Place the ribs in your crock-pot. Put onions around the ribs and cover with the barbecue sauce. Season with Salt and pepper. Cook on high for 1 hour, then turn to low and cook for 8 more hours.
These are so good, easy and very tender!
