1 can white corn (drained)
1 can black eyed peas (not drained)
4-5 medium tomatoes chopped
2-3 large avacadoes chopped
3-4 green onions chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
good season italian dressing mix
vinegar for dressing mix
chips for dipping
prepare dressing as indicated on packet. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over mixture.
This sounds and looks a little weird, but it is SO GOOD. It's a family favorite.
