2 tbsp. olive oil
2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 carrot sliced or shredded carrots
1 pkg broccoli florets thawed
2 cloves garlic minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon dried basil
Fresh lemon juice
12 ounces whole grain angel hair pasta
¼ cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
Brown chicken add veggies cook in chicken broth (or bouillon) add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Serve over the pasta with a sprinkle of cheese.
