Asian Salad

1 big bag Spinach
Wonton skins, cut into strips and fried in oil
Strawberries, sliced (or Craisins)
1 can Mandarin Oranges, drained
1 Red/Orange Bell Pepper chopped
Sesame seeds, lightly browned
2 Chicken Breasts, marinated overnight in dressing below, cooked and cubed (discard leftover marinade and make new dressing for the salad)

Dressing/ Marinade:
1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
3 drops Sesame Oil
4 Tbsp Sugar
1 or 2 Green Onions, chopped (the onion flavor infuses the dressing)
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
