1 1/2 c white Rice (I use Uncle Ben's)
1 square butter
1 1/2 c Vermicelli (broken up) or Fideo noodles
2 (14 oz) cans Chicken Broth
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Brown Fideo (or Vermicelli) noodles in butter, careful not to burn. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn heat to medium/low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir and enjoy!
