Chunky Salsa

5-8 Roma tomatoes (diced chunky)

1/4 Red onion (finely diced)

1 bunch cilantro (Chopped)

1 can Black Beans

1-2 cans "Shoepeg" corn (Green Giant brand)

1/2-3/4 cup "Zesty" Italian dressing

Avocado (diced) (optional)

Throw all ingredients together, shake it up. The recipe makes a lot so I put the Avocado on the amount that I am serving so that it doesn't go brown and ruin the salsa.

Serve with tortilla chips.

This salsa is so yummy! It's pretty mild, though, so we added a finely diced jalepeno. Thanks for posting this great recipe!
